1. Returns Eligibility

Due to the perishable nature of chocolates, food items, and custom hampers, we do not accept returns unless:

  • You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item
  • The product was delivered after its expiry
  • You inform us within 24 hours of delivery

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, taste preferences, or delays caused by courier partners.

2. How to Request a Return or Refund

If your order qualifies for a return/refund:

  1. Email us at info@elitetreatsandhamper.com within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Include your Order ID, photos of the product and packaging, and a brief description of the issue
  3. Our support team will review your request within 1–2 working days

3. Replacement Policy

If the issue is approved, we will:

  • Ship a replacement product at no extra cost
  • Or issue a full/partial refund to your original payment method (case-by-case)

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products not in original condition
  • Items reported after 24 hours of delivery
  • Hampers damaged due to improper storage after delivery
  • Gift cards, vouchers, or digital coupons

5. Shipping Costs

If a return is approved and pickup is arranged, shipping will be free. In all other cases, we don’t offer reverse pickup, and customers may need to bear the return courier cost.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds usually take 5–7 business days after approval. If delayed:

  • Check your bank or payment app
  • Contact your card issuer or bank
